Terms & Agreements

The Photographer will deliver a curated selection of the best images captured during the session. The Client understands that not all poses or images taken will be delivered. RAW files and unedited images are not provided. Final delivery will consist solely of edited, high-resolution JPEG images.

The Photographer offers one (1) round of revisions, which includes minor adjustments to the selected images such as cropping or exposure corrections.

Edited images will be delivered within two (2) weeks of the session date for regular sessions and within eight (8) weeks for weddings. The Client will be notified of any delays.

PresleyP Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images. The Client will have access to the online gallery for up to sixty (60) days following the upload date, or ninety (90) days for weddings. To extend gallery access beyond this period, the Client must contact the Photographer to arrange an extension.

The Client is granted a personal-use license to share and print images for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from the Photographer.

A non-refundable retainer is required in advance of the event or shoot. A retainer of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost is due at the time of booking to secure the session or event. For weddings, a $500 retainer is required and will be applied toward the final balance.

For weddings, the remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date. For all other sessions, the remaining balance must be paid forty-eight (48) hours before the session. Failure to submit payment by the specified deadline will result in cancellation of the booking, as the Photographer is under no obligation to attend without full payment.
